Research of water quality on Musi river was conducted from April to November 2020, aims compare the as parameters chemical, physical and biological in different types land use. This study used a survey method by determining sampling test materials measuring  which carried out purposive adjusted The point for domesticl areas is area Kelurahan 1 Ulu (station 1). sands mining Tangga Takat Village 2). third use 13 3). Data analysis laboratory includes chemical (DO, COD BOD), (TDS, brightness) based content Escherichia coli bacteria. results showed that housing fish catchment generally met class II standards, but did not meet standards sand areas. Physically, three still meets although TDS content, temperature range, brightness good area. Based parameters, all are classified polluted with E. more than 100 individu/ ml water, so it suitable consumption requires special handling everyday life.
